Manny Mercado, a New England native has been in the audio industry for a while. His passion came from working at local studios (Culture Productions and The Sloth House) with musicians ranging from rock to underground hip-hop. Manny also ventured in Live Sound. Where he was a Front of House Engineer for a mobile productions company dealing with everything from concerts to sporting events and even seminars.

In January 2010, Manny moved to Miami to take his Engineering career to the next level. He quickly became a fixed asset to not only Studio Center but also to Strictly Business Records, as their in-house engineer. Manny has worked with Black Dada, Scott Storch, Epidemic, Calle 13, Shawn Stockman, Omega and many others. Manny is outfitted with an incredibly keen set of ears that can separate a rough mix from a finished product. He processes a vast knowledge of recording techniques, studio etiquette and technological know how to optimize your Studio Center experience.

He is a Pro Tools HD8 Certified Operator and also received his Bachelors Degree in Audio Engineering from the New England School of Communications.
